Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 18 May 2026
Welcome to Irrigation Masters. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at irrigationmasters.com (the “Site”) and the services we provide. By accessing the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Irrigation Masters is an irrigation, drainage, and landscape service provider based in Midlothian, Texas, serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 35 years.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; use the Site to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software; or scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without our written permission.

3. Quote Requests and Service Inquiries

Quote requests submitted through our contact form, by phone, or by email do not create a binding contract. A formal service agreement is established only when both parties confirm scope, pricing, and timing in writing or through a signed work order. Estimates provided before an on-site inspection are preliminary and may change once we evaluate the property.

4. Services

Our services include sprinkler repair, irrigation installation and repair, drainage solutions, and landscape design and maintenance. Specific service terms, pricing, and warranties will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted under Texas law.

6. Workmanship and Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms — including duration and what’s covered — will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference; damage from weather events, freeze damage, or acts of God; normal wear and tear; or issues caused by changes made by others after our work is complete. Manufacturer warranties on parts such as controllers, valves, and heads are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Irrigation Masters or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses third-party services, including Google Analytics and our hosting provider (Webflow). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irrigation Masters and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service we provide will not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Irrigation Masters, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s accuracy, completeness, or availability. Service warranties are addressed in Section 6 and in your individual service agreement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ellis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
